Posted scrap late afternoon Wednesday, got a phone call Thursday morning with an offer (I had researched the market and the offer was top) and the money was in the bank before 11am the same day. Who could ask for anything more?
This is the 2nd time I have used CFYG and as before an excellent service and the highest rate around! Forget those ads on the TV or the high street. I posted gold on Monday and money in my account by Tuesday lunchtime. Would recommend to anyone!

This is the second time my family has used CFYG, and once again I am happy to report that this organisation defies the perception often given in the media regarding internet sites engaged in buying scrap gold. My experience can be summarised thus; Values offered are demonstrably fair & can be verified by looking at financial market gold prices. There are clear, easy to use instructions for the transaction, the service is fast (I had a telephone call at 8:40am on the day after posting) and the money was in my account before I got to town to check it (less than 2 hours). The staff member who called me was friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to family and friends in my experience, the highest accolade.
Have to say was very surprised t the speed of the transaction. Didn't post the gold until Thursday afternoon about 4:30pm and had a call early Friday morning asking if price was acceptable. The money was in bank in 2 hours. Fair price and very polite staff - will use again!
Very impressed! I sent my gold items and the money was in my account the following day. I was a bit concerned at first putting trust in a website and posting etc but figured as it was insured post I would take the chance and it paid off. A much better deal than the high street! I have used these guys 3 times now and every time they have been great, offering £2 more a gram for 9 ct gold than anyone else. Post items off to them and the following day they phone you and within half an hour the cash is in the bank. A top quality service and would highly recommend. Have no fear when using cfyg. I was a little nervous of taking my gold to sell as I was expecting to be offered a lot less than the calculator on the internet had said but I need not have worried. I had a very professional service from James who was friendly and very helpful. My money was in my bank account by the time I arrived home. This is a top company that I would recommend without hesitation to family and friends. I will go back to them again when I want to sell more gold.
