I have to say I was apprehensive and doubtful and phoned 3 times prior to sending the jewellery to see if the same person answered. It was and I asked questions and my mind was sort of put at ease. I sent the gold dinnertime Monday and waited with trepidation. My wife phoned me at work at about 2pm today, Tuesday, to say she had agreed the amount and when I got home tonight, 45mins ago and had my tea and checked with my banking online, the money was there. I couldn't tell you how relieved I was. My wife just recently lost her job and we needed this money to pay bills from December. A first class, superb, prompt and worry free service. Excellent! A cliché, but this was double what the local Ramsdens were offering (£4.00 per gram!) If we need to do this again I wouldn't hesitate. Thank you for being professional and honest.
