We decided to get rid of the old gold that we had to raise some money for our holiday, sent them to CFYG and was given nearly double than what I was offered in town. I was sceptical about using this service due to all the horror stories about online companies, but I would 100% recommend cfyg.

Firstly I would like to say how pleased I was with cfyg. I first tried to sell my gold with "cash4gold" who offered me £162 for my gold which I was not happy with so asked for it back. I then looked on the website and found cfyg. I sent off my jewellery on the Wednesday, on Thursday I had a call quoting me £470 which I was extremely happy with and it showed on my account within 10 minutes of me speaking to them. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

I had quite a lot of gold to cash in (400g in total) so I requested the value on here and over the phone my valuation came to £2700 which was exactly the advertised price. I'd heard too many stories of gold getting lost in the post so I decided to drive the 90 minutes to see for myself. I did this and was astonished with the efficiency of the system and within 15 minutes my gold was valued and I got the full £2700 that was originally quoted. To make this even better the money was paid directly into my account before I made it back to Manchester. I would definitely recommend this site and having been there in person I can fully vouch for the system and would use it again. This was the top quote I'd found and there was no quibble on arrival. I calculated all my old & scrap gold on the cfyg "Gold Calculator" and decided to post it all off on Monday. Walter contacted me on Tuesday and went through their findings with regards to the gold I had sent. It was slightly less than calculated but this was due to the fact that I had not allowed for the weight of the stones and the workings of a watch. I was pleased with the price given and within 2 hours of our discussion on the telephone the money was in my bank. I would certainly recommend cfyg to anyone who is slightly hesitant. The whole process was very easy from start to finish.

I was a bit concerned about posting off gold to company I had never dealt with but there was no problem at all. It took a bit longer due to it being a Bank Holiday weekend but first thing on Tuesday morning I got a call with my offer and the money was in my account within an hour. By lunch time Wednesday I had a phone call giving me a price very close to that of their calculator and by 4:30pm the money was in my bank account.
