I posted my gold by special delivery on Tuesday, got a phone call at 10:30am on Wednesday with a price (only a little bit lower than I'd estimated for but then they did have to take out some old stones etc) and the money was in my bank account by 11am! A fantastic service - much better rates than the big ones you see advertised on the TV too!
You could not ask for a quicker way to get money for your gold! I got my unused gold sent and the cash was in the bank in 2 days with a good price as well. Thanks.
I sent my broken bits of jewellery to a company advertising on TV first and after a few days of hearing nothing I rang them and they valued my items at £36 (less than I expected). I asked to have it returned and finally received my items back 2 weeks later. I then sent the same jewellery to CFYG who rang me the next day with a valuation of £54 which I accepted and the money was in my account the same day. A excellent service. Even though I was out, messages were left and I was rung again. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.
We found this site online and made a personal visit with a bag of bits and pieces. We found the staff to be very friendly and professional with all the details explained in full. On completion, we agreed a value and by the time we arrived home the money had been transferred to my account. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was a bit worried at first as I don't like doing deals on the internet, but I spoke to a Matt at CFYG and was assured that as long as I sent my jewellery via Royal Mail Insured Special Delivery there would be no problem. I sent my Jewellery on Tuesday and by Wednesday at approx 12:00pm I received a call and I was informed of their valuation which was only a little different to what I had estimated. I asked why this was and was informed that some parts of the jewellery were either of a lesser carat gold or in some cases not gold at all, which I knew already. After accepted their valuation the money was in my account within 2 hours. All the members of staff at CFYG were helpful and polite. I will recommend them to my friends and family and will definitely use them again.
A brilliant service! I sent my gold one day; got a call the next morning with an offer and the money was in my account 2 hours later. I have now told all my friends and family who are now looking for their old gold. An excellent service!
This is a great service and a great way to get money back from broken and unwanted gold. My wife and I used it first, the following day we had a call and within the hour the money was in the bank. I told my mother-in-law and she got a good offer and was over the moon. I will definitely use cfyg again when I can find some more floating around the house. Cheers all at CFYG.
