I was really dubious about sending my scrap gold to somebody online. I did quite a bit of research first to reassure myself as I had quite a big parcel. Sent it by Special Delivery on Friday and spoke to someone on Monday. I bank with the Abbey so it took two days to go into my account and I received it first thing in the morning. Very pleased with the service, I have already recommended you to my family and I am just about to send some in for my Mum. Great service - Thank You!!!!

I was very nervous about sending my gold as I have not used this site before. I sent it on Tuesday afternoon and had a phone call on Wednesday at 10am. I had the money in my account by 12pm. Great service and definitely a company to be trusted - thank you.

I have never done this before and was very impressed by the service. I posted my gold on the Tuesday about 3.30, I had a phone call about 10am the next day and the money was in my bank within two hours. I will definitely use this service again.

Fantastic service! Unusual in this day and age for a company to deliver what they promise but that can't be said of this company. Sent the package yesterday afternoon, received a very courteous call today and within 1 hour the money promised was in my account. Definitely a company to be trusted - thank you.
