Amazing, I sent my items off at 3:00pm and after a phone call at 11:30am the next morning, the cash was in my bank 20 minutes later. The gentleman was very courteous and explained the reduction for the steel in the catches (which was minimal). Great service and I would definitely use them again.

Forget going to your local pawn shop or goldsmith, I got almost double what I was offered locally using this site and was paid within 24 hours. Ended up with around about what the calculator had come up with and the service was excellent. Before I sent it I emailed them and spoke to them on the phone and was still a bit wary when I sent off my scrap jewellery, I am sorry I ever doubted them but I am someone who does not trust anyone.
