Sent my gold yesterday lunch time by royal mail and a lovely man telephoned me this afternoon and less than an hour later my money was paid into my account. Absolutely delighted! I had no idea it was going to be so quick and easy, I'd definitely recommend it.

CFYG provides an efficient and fantastic service. I was dubious of sending my gold to a company I had never heard of before and was a little worried when I had not heard from them by 3pm the following day. Sure enough, when I called to enquire they recognised the name and were actually dealing with my request there and then. 10 minutes later I received the call and after another 10 minutes the money was in my bank. I would recommend this service to anyone and thank CFYG for brilliant customer satisfaction.

The best service I've came across in a long time. I posted my gold yesterday early afternoon and received a call today at 9 am with a price. I agreed and the money was in my account minutes later, I will never go anywhere else to sell my scrap gold. Great service, friendly, helpful staff on the end of the phone line answered all my questions. Posted gold cufflinks at 11am Monday, got a phone call with an excellent price on Tuesday morning, money in bank account via FPS minutes later. I cannot fault this excellent service.
I used this service the other day and have to say that I am really impressed with the service I received. I panicked the minute I sent my parcel full of gold via the post office but I received a call the next day with a quote and as soon as I agreed on the quote, the money was in my account. Must say I was a little suspicious sending the gold, so before I sent it my partner advised to call first. I spoke to a really nice gentleman who said I could take it in face to face if it made me feel more comfortable. Sent my small packet off yesterday, had a lovely phone call today breaking everything down and the cash was transferred right away into my account.
