I must confess to being quite uneasy about posting my gold and opted for a personal visit. I arrived at 2:30 and left at 3:15 done and dusted! Cash in my bank at the best rate I could have gotten, I will be using this Company again for sure. Very professional and helpful, thank you once again CFYG
We made an appointment to go to these good people's premises to sell some broken jewellery that we had hanging about. On arrival we were greeted by a most polite gentlemen who made us most welcome and at ease. Our gold was weighed in front of us and we were offered the price that was advertised on their website, which we may add was almost £100 MORE than most other places, and without delay we were drawing our money out of our account within 1/2 hour! Would use again and strongly recommend others to do so as well, thanks guys for a stress free transaction

Posted gold off 10am Wednesday and had phone call 11am Thursday whilst walking in Snowdonia to say that my bank a/c had been credited. Truly speed of light transaction, very impressed.

CFYG provides an efficient and fantastic service. I was dubious of sending my gold to a company I had never heard of before and was a little worried when I had not heard from them by 3pm the following day. Sure enough, when I called to enquire they recognised the name and were actually dealing with my request there and then. 10 minutes later I received the call and after another 10 minutes the money was in my bank. I would recommend this service to anyone and thank CFYG for brilliant customer satisfaction.

The best service I've came across in a long time. I posted my gold yesterday early afternoon and received a call today at 9 am with a price. I agreed and the money was in my account minutes later, I will never go anywhere else to sell my scrap gold. I will be passing on their details to all of my friends and more, thank you for a fantastic service.
I was concerned the first time I sent items to a place I didn't know but now I've had several dealings with this company and I would not hesitate! I would highly recommend to anybody, post items one day the cash is always in my account the next day!
