Excellent service at the best standard possible! I was unsure about sending my gold in the post but this company is one of the best I have ever dealt with and very trustworthy. I sent them on Friday and received a call with an offer by 9am Monday. The money was in my bank within the hour. Glad I didn't waste my time travelling to local jewellers who quoted lower prices and needed a couple of days to check the gold content. Highly recommended!
I can't fault this company at all. I was a bit dubious about sending my gold away, but it was safe and secure with royal mail. I sent it off on Monday at 2pm and I received a phone call Tuesday morning at 9.18am with a brilliant offer for what I thought was junk! I accepted the offer at 9.18am and the money was in my account within 8 minutes. Absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was a very polite man I spoke to on the phone and I was very, very happy. Thanks.

I sent off my items by insured special delivery on Friday and was contacted at 9:05am Monday to agree the price with a full explanation of the valuation. By 10:00am the same morning the money was in my bank. What a fantastic service! Thank you.
