What a fantastic surprise, Walter was very professional, extremely friendly and explained the valuation which left all other offers we had standing. I was very sceptical of this, but thought I'd try it anyway, as I was only looking to get, at most, £20-£30 if scrapped locally. So to find that they were true to their word on everything was wonderful. I sent my parcel off at about 2pm, I had my offer before 9.30am the following morning and the money was in my bank by 10.30am that same morning. I was that impressed that I'm just about to use the service again.
