Like everyone I was very dubious about posting my gold to an internet company! However I went ahead and true to their word they rang me first thing the next day and the money was in my account within hours. Excellent service with polite and very helpful staff, I have already recommended them and more gold is on its way. Thank you very much!

I sell, on occasion, lots of scrap jewellery and have been using a competitor up till now, but CFYG's service was as close to instant as it can be. The cleared funds were in my account less than 24 hours after I went to the Post Office to send the goods! Outstanding service and guess what? I'll be back!

I sent my gold off Monday, received a call on Tuesday the next day around 1pm with a good offer that I accepted and the money was in my bank by 3pm that day. A very good service, I would recommend these to everyone I know and I cannot fault them.

My package was sent from Belfast on the Monday and before 11am Tuesday I'd already received a text message, a message on my home phone and mobile and also an e-mail from Sunil. When I phoned back he was on lunch and I spoke with Matt who was extremely helpful in explaining what was what plus the few adjustments that had to be made due to so many of the rings bearing stones. I was more than happy to agree the amount offered and it was in my bank account within half an hour! I can also state, on Friday in Belfast I was offered £585 for my scrap gold but from cfyg I received £662 - £77 more! Is that great or what? I would have no hesitation in telling others to use this company. Again, thanks to Sunil for contacting me and to Matt for closing the deal.
