Hi, where to start.... Well I guess first off a massive thank you for the outstanding service which I keep receiving here! Top customer service! I guess I'm like the rest of you and thought this is rubbish and they will just steal what I had, (boy was I wrong!) so I drove to their branch in Wolverhampton so I could see for myself what I was getting myself in for. They answered the door without me having an appointment and made an offer on what I had which I accepted and they said that the money should be in my account within 3 hours but it was in there in under half an hour! You can have cash too if you're in a hurry too. They really do give the best price around and I will and have continued to use them. Don't take my word for it if you're still worried pop in there and see for yourself, they're more than happy to help! Thank you CFYG.

Definitely recommended - wonderfully quick and efficient service! Real figure was only £5 less than my estimated figure after the £2 faster payment fee (which is definitely worth doing). I saw a stand at my local shops offering this service and out of interest enquired about their rates. After which I did some investigation online to find that CFYG offered a rate 36% higher than the man at the stand! CFYG are competitive with most of the online Gold buyers I could find at the time and the added bonus for me was that they also accept Silver so I could sell both at once. I posted my items Next Day Special Delivery and had a call from CFYG at 08:30 the next morning with the valuation. I missed the call, was left a voicemail and was followed up with a text and an email which I appreciated. I accepted the offer and the money was showing in my account before lunchtime. I honestly can't think how this service could be improved. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Selling my gold was easy-peasy! I posted on Wednesday afternoon, got a phone call Thursday early morning and the cash was in the bank the same day. Well pleased is not the word, THANK YOU!

Wow what a service! I too was a little sceptical about sending my valuables through the post to a company not known. However, I did some extensive research (checking the company out via Company search etc.), I then phoned them yesterday (Thursday) morning, and after a reassuring conversation with James, I sent my gold to them via Special Delivery in the afternoon. I received a call this morning at 10.40 am from Walter. He was lovely and the rate offered for my jewellery was exactly as quoted on this site. Walter told me that the money would be in my account this afternoon. Guess what? The money was in my account before 12.00 noon - less than 2 hrs. Brilliant! Will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and I will certainly use them again. Their rates are by far the best and their service is the best. Thanks to everyone at the company and a Merry Christmas to you all.

Wednesday Dec 8th at 4.20pm I posted my Gold. Thursday 9th at 9.15am CFYG rang me with their offer and by 9.25am, via the FPS system, the money was in my bank account. I then went Christmas shopping - Can't fault the company! P.S. I am a returning customer.

This is an amazing site! I purchased a 93.8 gram 9ct gold curb chain from ebay 4 years ago for £500, CFYG gave me £1210 and it was in my bank in 2 hours. I will deal with again.

Sent the gold off Tuesday, got a phone call Wednesday and money went into the account within 2 hours of accepting the offer. FABULOUS and just in time for Crimbo, would recommend it to everyone wanting to sell gold.

Amazing! If only all businesses were as efficient! Obviously worried about sending valuables to strangers but needn't have been. Posted via Royal Mail Insured yesterday lunchtime (well done also Royal Mail), received phone call and offer before 10am this morning and the money in my bank account by 3pm. With their rates advertised to give an indication of what you might expect and a helpful chap when I rang to ask a question I cannot fault the service from this company. Don't bother going elsewhere.
