Hi Guys I felt I must write to congratulate you on both your professionalism and also the prices you offer when buying gold. As many other people have said, everyone is a little nervous that they are going to be cheated by organisations offering to buy your gold. I traveled to your office expecting the price to be offered to be a lot lower, for some reason or other than that on the website. However I can confirm I was offered the website price immediately which was almost 50% more than I had been offered in a reputable jeweller in the last two weeks. The transaction went smoothly and money was paid into my account exactly as promised within minutes. Thanks you so much for a fantastic service. Despite the distance from Liverpool to Wolverhampton I would certainly use your services again and would recommend anyone looking to sell their gold to give your organisation serious consideration I am certain they will not be disappointed. I had some old jewellery that I hated and never wore so I thought I would see how much it was worth. This site came up and its one of the sites that pays the most for gold and silver. I packaged up my jewellery and took it to the post office. I was very scared about posting it as there was a good amount in their so I sent it special delivery to be signed for so I knew it had got there. Now I know they are a brilliant because the next day I had a call and was given a price which I accepted and within an hour the money was in my account. I am very happy with the service, polite and friendly manner and they treat you with respect. I arranged a Saturday appointment to go in and sell my gold with CFYG. I have to say the whole process was very straightforward. From my initial phone call to them to the actual visit, they were really helpful and friendly. I chose CFYG as they seemed less gimmicky and I am very happy with my choice. They gave a very good value for my gold, I paid the £2 to have a fast transfer into my bank and by the time I got home an hour later the money was there. Great service! Hi, where to start.... Well I guess first off a massive thank you for the outstanding service which I keep receiving here! Top customer service! I guess I'm like the rest of you and thought this is rubbish and they will just steal what I had, (boy was I wrong!) so I drove to their branch in Wolverhampton so I could see for myself what I was getting myself in for. They answered the door without me having an appointment and made an offer on what I had which I accepted and they said that the money should be in my account within 3 hours but it was in there in under half an hour! You can have cash too if you're in a hurry too. They really do give the best price around and I will and have continued to use them. Don't take my word for it if you're still worried pop in there and see for yourself, they're more than happy to help! Thank you CFYG.

Definitely recommended - wonderfully quick and efficient service! Real figure was only £5 less than my estimated figure after the £2 faster payment fee (which is definitely worth doing). I saw a stand at my local shops offering this service and out of interest enquired about their rates. After which I did some investigation online to find that CFYG offered a rate 36% higher than the man at the stand! CFYG are competitive with most of the online Gold buyers I could find at the time and the added bonus for me was that they also accept Silver so I could sell both at once. I posted my items Next Day Special Delivery and had a call from CFYG at 08:30 the next morning with the valuation. I missed the call, was left a voicemail and was followed up with a text and an email which I appreciated. I accepted the offer and the money was showing in my account before lunchtime. Selling my gold was easy-peasy! I posted on Wednesday afternoon, got a phone call Thursday early morning and the cash was in the bank the same day. Well pleased is not the word, THANK YOU!

Wow what a service! I too was a little sceptical about sending my valuables through the post to a company not known. However, I did some extensive research (checking the company out via Company search etc.), I then phoned them yesterday (Thursday) morning, and after a reassuring conversation with James, I sent my gold to them via Special Delivery in the afternoon. I received a call this morning at 10.40 am from Walter. He was lovely and the rate offered for my jewellery was exactly as quoted on this site. Walter told me that the money would be in my account this afternoon. Guess what? The money was in my account before 12.00 noon - less than 2 hrs. Brilliant! Will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and I will certainly use them again. Their rates are by far the best and their service is the best. Thanks to everyone at the company and a Merry Christmas to you all.
