Fantastic service and price - very professional & quick service! I just sent my gold by insured special delivery with royal mail, you can get extra insurance if you have expensive pieces. Next day I got a phone call from the company informing the total money for my gold. Money in the bank account that same day - great service, very happy!
Here`s something you don`t see every day. When I sent in my gold I put an extra item in and forgot to change the weight on my form. Early the next morning I had a call asking if I had sent something by mistake as the weight was over what I had said. All this was before they had tested the gold. Just proves to me how honestly this firm works. Great service, keep it up.

I was about sending my gold through the post but I should never have been worried. I sent it using insured special delivery and it got there the next day. On the same day the money then got transferred in to my bank. Amazing!
I was very suspicious in dealing with an internet site offering very much more than normal jewellers, so therefore decided to visit them at their offices in Wolverhampton. It is a very professional business, highly efficient and I was made to feel very welcome by a gentleman called Walter. He paid me the exact price quoted on the internet which was a third higher than local jewellers and the money was in my bank account immediately. Alternatively I could have been paid in cash for a nominal fee. I can highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Nobody could be as unsure as me with sending gold through the post. However, I took a gamble and sent my gold Monday 2pm. Before 10am Tues I had an offer for my gold much better than the High St Jewellers. I was so pleased with offer and accepted. I received my cheque Wed post and now in my bank. I would definitely recommend this company excellent service and would use them again.

Normally I am the 1st to complain but on this occasion I am the 1st to congratulate this firm for it's promptness in dealing with my item. Within 24hrs I had been contacted by phone to confirm the amount I was to receive and this was in my bank a couple of hours later - well done.
