I posted some gold and had a phone call the next day offering me a fantastic amount for what was jewellery lying in a box unused. The money was in my account just after the phone call! Many thanks, will definitely use again.

The payments have been in my account in less than 24 hours, CFYG is very courteous and helpful, a comprehensive explanation of the valuation is always given and I feel it is very fair. What can I say, these guys do what it says on the tin! Like most people I was dubious about sending gold by post, but if you follow their instructions it's easy. My bank doesn't accept FPS but after talking to a really nice guy from CFYG, he assured me it would be in my account within 3 days and low and behold it was in within 2. Far quicker than a cheque! Keep up your 100% record lads, I will definitely be using again. Oh and I forgot to mention they offered me 2.30 a gram more than a local dealer! WELL PLEASED
